You can easily update WhatsApp from your phone's application store. Please note if you received a message that isn't supported by your version of WhatsApp, you'll need to update WhatsApp.

- Windows Phone 8.1: Go to Store, then tap Menu > my apps > WhatsApp > update.
- Alternatively, go to Store and search for WhatsApp. Tap WhatsApp > update.
- Windows Phone 10: Go to Microsoft Store, then tap Menu > My Library. Tap Update next to WhatsApp.
- Alternatively, go to Microsoft Store and search for WhatsApp. Tap WhatsApp > Update.
- KaiOS: Press JioStore or Store on the apps menu. Scroll to the side to select Social, then select WhatsApp. Press OK or SELECT > UPDATE.
We encourage you to always use the latest version of WhatsApp. Latest versions contain the newest features and bug fixes.

Error codes
For error codes: 413, 481, 491, 492, 505, 907, 910, 921, 927, 941 and DF-DLA-15
- Remove your Google account by going to your phone's Settings. Then tap Users & accounts.
- Select your Google account and tap REMOVE ACCOUNT > REMOVE ACCOUNT.
- Restart your phone or turn it off and on.
- Re-add your Google account by going to your phone's Settings. Then tap Users & accounts > Add account > Google.
- Log in to your Google account.
- Clear Google Play Store's cache by going to your phone's Settings. Then tap Apps & notifications > App info > Google Play Store > Storage > CLEAR CACHE.
- Clear Google Play Store's data by tapping CLEAR DATA > OK.
- Try downloading WhatsApp again.
For error codes: 101, 498 and 919
Please follow the instructions in the section 'There's insufficient space on the device' and try installing WhatsApp again.
Download Whatsapp App For Android Latest Version
For error codes: 403, 495, 504, 911, 920, 923, RPC errors, invalid package file, installation or download unsuccessful errors
- Follow the instructions in the section 'There's insufficient space on the device' to make sure you have enough space on your device.

There's insufficient space on the device
